Description

We are seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager to accelerate the growth of our Commercial Supply business and play a pivotal role in winning and managing large commercial energy portfolios.

Key Responsibilities Acquisition of Large Commercial Energy Contracts
  • Execute targeted acquisition strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end commercial sales cycle.
  • Secure and lead tender submissions.
  • Achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Represent Yuno Energy at industry events.
Strategic Account Management
  • Own and develop key commercial accounts.
  • Deliver retention and renewal performance.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage billing, credit, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR data standards.
Internal Collaboration & Commercial Excellence
  • Partner with Operations to enhance service delivery.
  • Work with BI and IT to strengthen insight reporting.
  • Collaborate with Trading and Finance on pricing.
  • Maintain structured CRM pipeline management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven track record selling to large commercial energy clients.
  • Skilled negotiator with strong influencing capability.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and commercially astute.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Resilient, motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Full clean driving licence.
