Junior/Medior Functional Analyst

You're a great fit if you:

• Are about to graduate or have a Master's degree (preferably in IT/Economics or a related field)
• Have an analytical mindset, you enjoy digging into problems and making sense of complexity
• Are curious about how systems, software, and business processes work together
• Can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• Want to learn how to bridge the gap between people and tech
• Are proactive, eager to grow, and open to feedback
• Speak Dutch or French fluently and have a good understanding of the other language. You also speak English.

Bonus points if you:

• Have heard of Agile or Scrum (or are curious about it)
• Have done user testing, requirements gathering, or any kind of process mapping
• Are interested in finance or insurance
