Junior Website Experience Manager - 6+ months - Paris

We are looking for a Junior Website Experience Manager to join a global Pharmaceutical client.

This role will focus on owning and optimising brand showcase websites to drive visibility, user engagement, and effective routing to points of sale. You will act as a digital expert, supporting brand teams with strategic direction while collaborating across design, CMS, SEO, and analytics functions to maximise website performance.

Requirements:
 
. 2-4 years experience in digital marketing or digital strategy with hands-on website performance focus.
. Solid SEO literacy and understanding of GEO (visibility in generative/LLM answers) and content-for-visibility strategy
. Strong data literacy with ability to interpret web analytics and translate insights into actionable priorities
. User-experience and business-impact mindset focused on awareness, discovery, and routing users to sales (not E-commerce conversion)
. Proven ability to collaborate across marketing, delivery, design, CMS, analytics, and agencies
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
. Fluent in English & French
