Job Description
Responsibilities User Support & Onboarding Ticketing and Documentation 
- Tech Support
- Be the first point of contact for technical assistance-laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, phones, etc.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems.
- Install software updates and assist in setting up new devices (Windows/macOS).
- Ensure meeting rooms and video conferencing equipment are functioning smoothly.
- Set up IT equipment for new hires.
- Assist colleagues with simple issues like password resets, VPN connections, and MFA.
- Manage and track support tickets.
- Maintain records of support activities and create easy-to-follow guides for common issues.
- Identify recurring problems and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and common office tools (Microsoft 365, etc.).
- Understanding of how networks operate (Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Experience using remote support tools (like TeamViewer) is a plus.
