Junior Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen, Great Perks & Growth

Cosy Club St Albans is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. Earn around £43,000 per year with base salary £33,200-£35,000 plus tronc £8,500-£11,000; overtime paid beyond contracted hours at standard rate.

You'll be part of a lively, hospitality-driven brand including Lounge, Cosy Club and Brightside. We offer work-life balance, Christmas Day off, optional 40-hour contract (pro rota salary), two days off per week and one weekend off every six weeks.
