Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (2-3 years of experience) to join our team for a multinational leader in the Finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project planning and execution within defined scopes.
• Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks at a basic level under supervision.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Essential:

• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management and a Finance background.
• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge in project management and coordination.
• Understanding of PPMO frameworks.
• Communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Financial process background (e.g. travel and expenses, procure to pay, AR/AP, reporting).
• Strong organizational capabilities and focus on target delivery.
• High level of English (minimum B2).

Desirable:

• Certification in Project Management.
• Knowledge of IT or digital transformation environments.
• People management potential to foster collaboration.
