Junior Project Manager - SkySpecs Remote (UK/EU)

About the Role
SkySpecs is a global leader in renewable energy asset management, pioneering autonomous blade inspections and advanced data platforms for wind turbine health and performance. We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support inspection service delivery across onshore and offshore wind farms in the UK and EU.

Role Overview

You will coordinate logistics, manage project execution, and support colleagues in delivering inspection services. This role requires adaptability, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of inspection services, including deployment of equipment and technicians
• Keep project management tools updated daily for planning and logistics
• Support colleagues on the Project Management team
• Complete administrative duties such as documentation and daily progress reports
• Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and project execution
• Provide weekend cover for European projects and assist with emergencies

Candidate Requirements Essential

• Entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, and strong work ethic
• Experience in operations, logistics, or similar fields
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets/Docs, and Microsoft Office (including Teams)
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage both long-term planning and fast-paced execution
• Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent changes to plans
• Fluent in English

Desirable

• Experience in wind energy or renewables
• Practical experience in process control, logistics, or metrics tracking
• Experience with international customers and cross-cultural communicationBachelor's degree in operations, logistics, or project management
• Knowledge of drones, aviation regulations, or marine logistics
• Fluency in German or Spanish
• IOSH Managing Safely or similar health and safety training

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary/Pay: £35,000-£40,000 per year
