Your New RoleJunior Production Manager, International Production at Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP). You will support the Senior Production Manager in all operational and logistical aspects of international productions-both scripted and non-scripted-across WB OPCOs and external licensees.
You'll play a key role in coordinating communications, managing production materials, and supporting consultancy and creative events. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow of production information and deliverables across WBITVP's global network.
Your Role Accountabilities- Manage production team diary, including routine calls and meetings with licensees and WBITVP producers.
- Produce monthly Production Update reports via weekly/monthly sales meetings.
- Administer international music cue sheets.
- Maintain and update format bibles in collaboration with creators, consultants, directors, and the creative team.
- Collect and manage end-of-series materials and key deliverables (e.g. music, graphics, ratings).
- Produce scripted writers' logs for the US Legal Business Affairs department in line with union agreements.
- Manage international music cue sheets with support from the Production Assistant.
- Act as the main point of contact for distributing centralized production materials (bibles, graphics, music) to OPCOs and external producers.
- Maintain deliverables folder on shared drive for distribution.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling consultancy calls and set visits for producers and consultants.
- Organize travel and ensure all activity is captured in the 'Production Consultancy Schedule'.
- Support Creative Exchanges, Format Showcases, and format-specific events, including presentations, materials, and logistics.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties (e.g. invoicing) to ensure smooth team operations.
- Proven experience in a similar role or within a production background in the entertainment or media industry.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)
- SharePoint
- SAP (for invoice processing)
- MediaLab
- Box
- Effective team player with a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong information processing skills, especially for reporting and logging.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
