Junior Operator - Metal Production

As a Junior Production Operator, you'll help manufacture high-quality metal components used by customers around the world. Working together with an experienced team, you'll ensure every product meets Aalberts' high quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assembling products and components using technical drawings and work instructions.
- Connecting electrical components and testing products with measuring equipment such as calipers and multimeters.
- Performing quality inspections and reporting any deviations.
- Registering production data, material usage and rejected parts in the ERP system.
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient and organised production process.
Working hours:
You'll work a full-time two-shift schedule.
Morning shift
- Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 15:00
- Friday: 06:00 - 12:00
Afternoon shift
- Monday - Thursday: 15:00 - 00:00
- Friday: 12:00 - 18:00
- Salary up to €3,550 gross per month, including shift allowance.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.

You'll ideally have:
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing or a technical production environment (preferred).
- Technical insight and confidence using hand and power tools.
- Experience performing quality inspections or using measuring equipment.
- An accurate, independent and quality-focused approach to work.
