Readypower Rail Services is looking for a Receptionist to support our operations.

This is a part-time, 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover), working Thursday & Friday, 8:30 - 5:00. The position is based at our Winnersh Head Office.

The ideal candidate will be confident to handle calls, greet visitors and support with administration tasks.

The role

• Book hotels as required for Operations
• Support with ad hoc administration

Requirements

• Experience as a Receptionist, or similar
• Experience using MS Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills and time management skills
• High level of confidentiality and accuracy
