For one of our key clients-an established multinational distributor in the plastics sector-we are currently recruiting a Junior Inside Sales Representative based in Valencia.


About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic commercial team. This is a great opportunity for a young professional with strong communication skills and a passion for B2B sales and international trade.


The position will involve managing a portfolio of clients, supporting the sales team, and collaborating closely with logistics and customer service. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to build a long-term career in commercial roles.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of B2B customers across assigned regions.
  • Support the external sales team with offers, customer follow-ups, and commercial documentation.
  • Coordinate order processing, pricing, and product availability.
  • Communicate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and CRM updates.
  • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and market trends.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
  • Some experience (internship or 1-2 years) in sales support, inside sales, trading, or customer service.
  • Fluent English is mandatory. Other languages (Spanish, French, German) are an asset.
  • Commercial mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Interest in the plastics or industrial distribution sectors is a plus.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
