This leading professional services organisation operates across multiple jurisdictions, specialising in digital transformation and technology-driven solutions. With a sizeable team across the UK and EMEA, they are known for their innovative approach to client service and commitment to fostering a progressive workplace culture. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative HR function supporting a diverse and influential practice group in a well-established, global firm.

About you
  • Minimum of three years' experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner, ideally within professional services or similar sectors
  • Strong knowledge of current employment legislation across Northern Ireland, England & Wales
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
  • PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Curious about AI and emerging technologies, with an innovative mindset
What you'll do
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to the Digital and AI teams, supporting their operational and people priorities
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and flexible working requests, ensuring compliance and fostering trust
  • Support onboarding, exit processes, and probation reviews, enhancing the employee experience
  • Oversee secondment processes and coordinate recruitment activities, working closely with the recruitment team
  • Assist with performance review programmes, reward processes, and internal development initiatives
  • Lead small-scale HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement across HR practices
