Responsible for delivering high-quality training materials for all audience groups, including customers, partners, and employees, ensuring customer satisfaction. Manages all aspects of training administration such as courseware uploads, updates, notifications, and course assignments to end users.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop eLearning and Instructor-Led Training courses
• Evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes
• Contribute to designing and building new course materials for product updates
• Create quality training documentation such as manuals and exercises
• Collaborate with senior business leaders on training strategies
• Master the Smart Communications Product implementation process

Ideal Candidate:

• 0-2 years of IT training experience in eLearning and instructor-led formats
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs
• Proficiency with training tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and LMS systems (e.g., Litmos)
• Experience with voiceover recordings for eLearning modules
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
