About the Role

We're building a brand-new Java engineering team in Madrid to support the core technology team based in Switzerland. You'll be joining a high-performing, collaborative group that's modernizing workflows and automation for a leading financial organization. You'll play a key role in designing and implementing workflow and business rule solutions that drive automation across the enterprise.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of Java development experience
• Strong background with Flowable or Business Rules/Drools
• Experience working within financial services or regulated environments
• A passion for innovation and clean code while maintaining compliance in a structured domain
