About the Role
We're building a brand-new Java engineering team in Madrid to support the core technology team based in Switzerland. You'll be joining a high-performing, collaborative group that's modernizing workflows and automation for a leading financial organization. You'll play a key role in designing and implementing workflow and business rule solutions that drive automation across the enterprise.

- 5+ years of Java development experience
- Strong background with Flowable or Business Rules/Drools
- Experience working within financial services or regulated environments
- A passion for innovation and clean code while maintaining compliance in a structured domain
- Help build a new engineering capability from the ground up in Madrid
- Work closely with international teams across Spain and Switzerland
- Join a diverse, entrepreneurial, and collaborative culture
- Hybrid flexibility with a central Madrid office (approx. 40 people total)
