iTrent HR Systems Specialist - Hybrid HR & Reporting

The WEA is seeking an HR Systems & Reporting Specialist to own our iTrent HR system, extend employee and manager self-service, and drive automation to reduce manual HR administration. This role is based in Leeds with hybrid working and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality education.

You will develop a trusted reporting function, covering statutory returns, DfE reporting and a monthly people dashboard, enabling data-led people decisions across the organisation.
