Shift patterns: Monday - Thursday 7.30 - 16.00, Friday 7.30 - 12.30

Location: Gloucester, GL3 4AQ

We're now looking for a Senior Warehouse Logistics Operative to play a key role in managing daily warehouse and logistics operational activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and distribution of goods, support team members, and help ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
• Allocate work and provide guidance to warehouse operatives.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members.
• Monitor warehouse performance and help achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing.
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem solving.
• Are natural leaders with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage their team.
• Have experience of managing a team.
• Have MHE experience or willingness to learn.
