IT Systems Support Specialist - Frontline Services

Leicester City Council is seeking IT systems administrators to support the Social Care & Education division across sites and remote workers. Roles include full-time and part-time permanent and fixed-term contracts with core hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm and Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.

You will resolve queries on Liquidlogic, ContrOCC and related systems, contribute to digital transformation projects, and maintain system documentation and materials for staff, partners and IT teams.
