Job Title: IT Support Manager
Location: Dublin (3 days on site a week)
Salary/Rate: €30,000 - €40,000 Per Annum

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

To provide support to all users across the company as part of the IT Support Organisation covering End User Services including Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Print, Remote Access, Microsoft 365, Office Applications, permissions etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with software and hardware issues
• Assist with software implementation and systems configuration
• Issue resolution for laptop, mobile, data, telecommunications, and conference systems
• Tests and performs system upgrades to maintain maximum system reliability
• Writes and maintains documentation to include monthly reports, site information spreadsheets, user guides, etc.

Skills:

• Windows 10 & 11 in a Hybrid AD/Entra ID environment.
• Autopilot based EUC deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking technologies such as subnet, vLan, and routing.
• M365 (E5) troubleshooting, remediation, and improvements.

Your Profile:

• Microsoft Teams Telephony (Microsoft, Operator Connect, & Direct Routing).
• Microsoft Purview Information Protection.
• Defender for M365.
• Windows and Linux based systems hosted on VMware SDDC and/or OCI.
