Position: Clinical Trial Data Analyst

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension!

Location: 100% remote in Netherlands

Overview: We're seeking a Clinical Trial Data Analyst to support the planning and delivery of global clinical studies. You'll play a key role in driving operational strategy through data insights, working closely with study leads and clinical teams. The role focuses on designing tools, databases, and visualizations to guide decision-making across trial feasibility, site selection, patient enrollment forecasting, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze patient demographics, disease prevalence, and competitive site landscape to inform trial planning
• Identify optimal sites and investigators using historical performance and patient access metrics
• Build enrollment forecast models and scenario planning tools
• Create and monitor KPIs/KQIs to assess and support study execution quality and efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, biometrics, and strategy teams
• Deliver insights via dashboards, slide decks, and detailed reports for diverse stakeholders

Preferred Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's in data science, engineering, computer science, statistics, or similar (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial analytics, study feasibility, or operational design
• Proven background in pharmaceutical or CRO settings
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
• Skilled in SQL and Python for data querying and analysis
• Experience with Monte Carlo simulations and complex multivariable modeling
• Familiarity with EHR and medical claims data; knowledge of tools like Citeline is a plus
• Ability to synthesize and present complex findings clearly across audiences
