IT & Data Support Specialist

Social Interest Group (SIG) is seeking an IT and Data Support Officer based in Islington with occasional travel to Elephant and Castle, Havering, and central office. The role involves maintaining data systems and IT infrastructure, supporting CRM, and handling first-line IT queries with timely data reporting.

You will contribute to multiple projects, ensuring accurate metrics and driving data improvements while training staff on systems and tools used across the service.
