IPS Employment Specialist: Drive Recovery & Paid Work

Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust's IPS team invites applications for an experienced Employment Specialist to support mental health service users into paid work. The post is based at Willerby Hill with a six-month probation for external candidates and contains a permanent option beyond that period.

You will deliver the IPS employment support model, manage a caseload up to 25, and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to promote recovery and independence while engaging local employers.
