Italian B2B Customer Success & Support Agent

Deliveroo is hiring a Customer Service Agent (Italian Speaking) in Manchester. The role is hybrid (3 days in-office), 40 hours per week with rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays (09:00 - 19:00).

Start date 6 July 2026. Base salary £27,700 plus quarterly bonus; strong emphasis on merchant support across Italy You will handle inbound inquiries from restaurant and grocery partners, resolving complex issues while maintaining high CSAT and driving merchant success.
