IPS Employment Specialist - Help People Return to Work

IPS Grow is seeking an Employment Specialist to support individuals with mental health challenges in securing and maintaining meaningful employment. In this role, you will manage a caseload of 20-25 clients and collaborate with health professionals to ensure employment is part of their recovery.

The ideal candidate will have a background in IPS or similar programs, along with strong communication skills and experience in engaging with employers. This role offers a full-time permanent contract and is pivotal in helping others achieve their employment goals.
