Liebefeld (and remote work) %What you can contribute: lead criminal procedures in German (including planning and conducting all investigative acts, drafting final minutes, orders of prosecution, and penal orders); support the team in various criminal procedures (e.g. drafting minutes); represent the FOPH in proceedings before the courts; maintain contacts with other criminal prosecution authorities (police, public prosecutors); closely collaborate with various internal and external partners: health insurers, data analysts, authorities, individuals, making you unique. Degree X (Master of Law) and preferably a license; confirmed experience as an investigation manager, at a public prosecutor's office or in anti-fraud efforts within private companies; continuance in criminal prosecution; good knowledge of criminal law or code of criminal procedure; good knowledge or experience in civil law (especially corporate law) and accounting; excellent team working skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to assert oneself; ability to handle high workloads; excellent writing skills, a penchant for numbers, and active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third.
