We are seeking a motivated IT student to join our Digital Transformation team as a Frontend/UI/UX Developer Intern. You will play a key role in designing and developing user interfaces for innovative business applications, working closely with backend developers and business stakeholders. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your technical and creative skills in a real-world environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for business applications (using Microsoft Power Apps or similar platforms)
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems
• Create dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI or similar) to support business decision-making
• Gather user feedback and iterate on UI/UX designs to improve usability and accessibility
• Support the creation of automated communication templates for internal and external users
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help plan project work into sprints
• Document design decisions and contribute to user guides or training materials

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Students enrolled currently in bachelor's or master's degrees in computer science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field
• Familiar with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Familiarity with frontend development (preferably Power Apps)
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI)
• Some experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Experience participating in sprints, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups (university projects or internships count)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
