Y ou'll be responsible for hunting and developing international key accounts, negotiating strategic agreements, and collaborating across countries and departments to grow turnover, profitability, and filter replacement rates. Your mission at BRITA

You identify and win new international key accounts (most of them are located in central europe) and develop existing ones with a focus on growth, profitability, and filter replacement.

Together with your team, you shape and implement smart sales strategies and business models.

Negotiating international framework agreements is part of your daily business - always with a long-term partnership in mind.

You collaborate closely with local BRITA teams and global departments like marketing, logistics , finance, and legal.

Representing BRITA at trade fairs and industry events, you stay connected to the market and our customers.

You keep an eye on trends and competition, turning insights into strategic opportunities.

Your input helps shape product development and marketing initiatives with real-world relevance.
What makes you a great fit

5 years of international B2B sales experience
-
Ideally, experience in the water filtration , coffee , vending , or foodservice industry
-
Background in food service, coffee, vending, or water treatment is a plus
-
Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and contract handling

Degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience

Fluent in English; German is a plus, French or Italian desirable

Confident handling of digital tools and openness to driving digital transformation

Strategic mindset, team spirit, and intercultural competence

Willingness to travel internationally
