Enterprise Account Manager
Enablon is expanding its sales team in Europe! To support the increasing demand for our solutions and as part of our strategy to expand direct sales in Europe, we are currently seeking a Software Enterprise Account Manager based in the UK.
Responsibilities- Manage complex, global, or high-profile sales accounts, both existing and new logos.
- Close new license sales in coordination with our services organization and partners, typically top accounting and implementation firms.
- Sell products directly to end users primarily via face-to-face contact.
- Manage sales personally with clients and prospects, coordinating with pre-sales, business development, marketing, services, and implementation partners. Handle initial deals with new clients and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop solution proposals aligned with sales operations, emphasizing value-based selling.
- Negotiate product/service terms within company policies.
- Manage complex or high-profile territories and accounts.
- Conduct regular meetings with senior management to understand needs and align with product/service strategies.
- Travel to attend conferences, events, and customer meetings as required.

You should have both sales/account management and industry experience to engage at executive levels and maintain partner relationships. Additionally, you should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Field Sales, Account Management, or similar, with a proven software sales track record.
- Deep understanding of business, enterprise solutions, and software platforms/services.
- Recognition as an industry expert and external reputation.
