International Sales Representative

We're looking for an international sales manager! Are you the perfect match?

We're looking to connect with an experienced sales professional who feels at home in the German-speaking market. Someone with the intuition and insight to spot commercial opportunities and the drive to turn conversations into long-term partnerships.

This role is all about building strong relationships. You'll be the link between local clients and our international team-translating business needs into smart, practical solutions. Whether it's through face-to-face meetings, trade fairs, or hands-on market exploration, you'll be shaping how we grow in the region.

We're not looking for a specific diploma-we're looking for proven impact. Ideally, you bring at least five years of experience in a client-facing sales role, speak German fluently, and are comfortable communicating in English or Dutch with colleagues. Experience in textiles or interior products is a plus, but we value mindset over background. You're curious, communicative, and know how to navigate a competitive market with confidence.

You'll have the support of a global production network and a local team that values initiative, ownership, and clear communication. Expect thorough onboarding, continuous learning, and all the tools you need-from technical support to a strong product portfolio.
