International Sales and Marketing Managers respectively focused on the following areas:


  1. Northern Europe (Benelux, UK and Ireland, Denmark , Norway, Sweden, Finland);
  2. Western Europe (Austria, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal, France);
  3. Eastern Europe (Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Turkey, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia).


We are seeking a highly skilled International Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies and overseeing the operations across the assigned Countries. This position requires a leader with the ability to foster the inclusion of distributors and guide the internal teams in order to execute all the activities related to Farmina's sales and marketing strategy.

The manager will be also in charge of ensuring the right resources are in place and completely trained so that all the company's targets are fully and timely achieved.


Objective of the Role and Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in international markets.
  • Forecast and plan sales goals, revenue targets, and market penetration for various regions, adjusting plans based on market conditions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the international sales and marketing team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of international markets to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities that impact sales and marking strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales and marketing strategies with the company's overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Cooperate with European Sales and Marketing leadership in order to develop and implement key account management strategies and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts and deals with international clients.
  • Stay updated with global sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in key countries.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in international markets, particularly in leadership roles.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing sales strategies across diverse international regions.
  • Strong understanding of international global market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales forecasting.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading international sales and marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with diverse teams and clients.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the food sector, ideally with a strong background within the pet industry.
