We are partnering with a leading Tier A accounting firm to recruit an International Corporate Tax Manager to join their expanding International Tax Team. The role is strategic, with autonomy and influence over team structure, client engagements, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage technically complex consulting projects.
• Develop and deliver global tax strategies in collaboration with partners.
• Provide proactive cross border transaction, financing structure, and reorganisation tax advice.
• Assist clients in assessing international tax strategies and managing tax position for expansion and existing operations.
• Shape team composition and contribute to the firm's strategic direction.

Qualifications

• International corporate tax experience, preferably acquired in the UK.
• Background in an accountancy firm or law firm.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to drive client relationships and team performance.
