Interim Regional Manager - Adults with Learning Disabilities (Day Rate)
Location: Northeast England | Contract: 3 months | Start: ASAP

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Interim Regional Manager to oversee a group of adult residential services supporting individuals with learning disabilities in North England. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact, driving quality, compliance, and person-centred care across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and operational oversight across services
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal standards
• Support and guide local managers to maintain high-quality care
• Lead on improvement plans and service development

About You:

• Proven leadership in adult social care, particularly learning disability services
• In-depth understanding of CQC and safeguarding practices
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Available for an immediate start
• Must be on the DBS update servce
