Job Title: Interim Printed Folded Carton Operations Director/Consultant

Salary: Basic Salary £50k to £70k + benefits

Role Overview

Act as a consultant for a large print and packaging company looking to establish a new manufacturing operation in the Printed Folded Carton market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and write a comprehensive business plan for the new enterprise.
Advise on plant equipment, machinery and infrastructure to achieve profitable production.
Analyse complex operational problems and devise strategic solutions.
Collaborate with senior executives to align resources with mission critical objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record of driving business outcomes in manufacturing or operations.
In depth understanding of plant equipment and staffing requirements for carton manufacturing.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Experience in business planning and implementation of operational strategies.

Applicants must be resident in the UK and have recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
