Role Overview

Act as a consultant for a large print and packaging company looking to establish a new manufacturing operation in the Printed Folded Carton market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and write a comprehensive business plan for the new enterprise.
• Advise on plant equipment, machinery and infrastructure to achieve profitable production.
• Analyse complex operational problems and devise strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with senior executives to align resources with mission critical objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record of driving business outcomes in manufacturing or operations.
• In depth understanding of plant equipment and staffing requirements for carton manufacturing.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Experience in business planning and implementation of operational strategies.
