Interim Organisational Design & Operating Model Lead - Private Equity

My client a leading private equity investment organisation, is seeking an interim senior Organisational Design & Operating Model Lead to support a strategic transformation.

• Assess the current organisation and operating model.
• Design the future-state organisational structure.
• Review roles, responsibilities, reporting lines and accountabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop practical recommendations aligned to the firm's strategy and growth.
• Work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver the future-state model.

• Significant experience in organisational design and operating model transformation.
• Experience within private equity, investment management, asset management or financial services.
• Strong strategic, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating at Partner and senior executive level.
• Experience delivering organisational transformation in complex organisations.
