Interim Organisational Design & Operating Model Lead - Private Equity
My client a leading private equity investment organisation, is seeking an interim senior Organisational Design & Operating Model Lead to support a strategic transformation.
The Role- Assess the current organisation and operating model.
- Design the future-state organisational structure.
- Review roles, responsibilities, reporting lines and accountabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop practical recommendations aligned to the firm's strategy and growth.
- Work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver the future-state model.
- Significant experience in organisational design and operating model transformation.
- Experience within private equity, investment management, asset management or financial services.
- Strong strategic, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating at Partner and senior executive level.
- Experience delivering organisational transformation in complex organisations.
