Interim Head of SMCR & Conduct Oversight

Jupiter Asset Mgmt in London is seeking an SMCR expert to lead the Senior Managers and Certification Regime activities within the HR function. You will partner with senior management to ensure compliance and robust governance across the group.

You will create and maintain Senior Manager applications, assist with reasonable steps framework, and oversee Fitness and Propriety processes. You will also support training, culture and conduct reporting, and advise on org design to align with regulatory
