Interim Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Interim Clinical Deputy Manager to support a well established care home in the South East for a three month assignment.

In this interim position, you'll provide strong clinical oversight and day to day leadership, ensuring high quality care and regulatory compliance during a period of transition. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to maintain excellent standards and support staff across all clinical functions.

• Lead and support the clinical team to deliver safe, person centred care
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and clinical governance
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
• Mentor, guide, and develop nursing and care staffContribute to a positive, collaborative culture within the home
• Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external professionals

• A valid NMC registration (RGN)
• Proven experience in a senior clinical or deputy management role within a care home
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• The ability to step in quickly, adapt, and provide stability
• A proactive, supportive approach to staff and residents

• 3 month interim contract with potential for extension
