Intellectual Property Legal Assistant - South West England

We are working with a top-rate law firm who are seeking an Intellectual Property Legal Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

An ideal candidate for this role will have some previous experience working within an IP environment, with at least 6 months' experience. However, the firm may also consider candidates with legal admin / secretarial experience, who have worked in alternate areas of law. Experience working within a legal environment is essential for this role. Additionally, a good educational background will be looked upon favourably; a bachelor's degree or level 3 qualifications are desirable.

Duties will be wide-ranging and will include: preparing patent forms; diary management; inbox management; case management; communicating with clients (via email / telephone etc.); drafting appropriate correspondence; processing official communications; assisting with billing tasks.
