We are looking for our future insurance advisor - Within our organization, you will be responsible for managing a pool of external advisors and assistants, with the mission to actively promote our insurance products, our services, as well as our three institutional missions. You will ensure the follow-up and support of these individuals to guarantee the quality of their activity and the objectives set. As a true ambassador, you will represent the ECA and convey to the public the image of a professional, committed, and close-knit service provider. What is your profile? You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification. You possess the AFA or a federal insurance certificate. A postgraduate degree in management or leadership enhances your profile; with at least three years of experience in management, you have demonstrated your ability to lead a team and assume responsibility for its outcomes. You also have proven experience in insurance consulting and/or sales, and possess good knowledge of the Vaud economic landscape. Comfortable with digital tools, you master the Office suite and common software. You speak fluent French, and knowing another language is an advantage. You combine a sense of performance with a strong customer focus. Well-spoken and equipped with excellent communication skills, you know how to persuade through personalized advice and establish lasting trust.
