The position is responsible for overseeing all Service Sales activities within the region, including repairs, warranty contracts, customer retention, and new business development. The role involves liaising with clients, consultants, and specifiers, managing the Service Sales team, and collaborating closely with the Service Manager (Operations).
Key Responsibilities- Manage warranty and new contract sales, ensuring targets are met and maintained through effective team oversight.
- Coordinate repair offers and follow-ups, generating enquiries and offers through various reports and site surveys.
- Maintain up-to-date sales data and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
- Develop product and client relationships to ensure long-term sales sustainability.
- Identify training needs within the team and support professional development.
- Sales Management Ability: Proven capability to oversee sales activities, generate inquiries, and close orders using industry knowledge and management techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Orona regional lift portfolio, competitor contracts, pricing, and margins.
- Organizing: Ability to coordinate multiple activities, structure information, and anticipate impacts.
- Customer Focus: Skilled in building effective relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
- Team Working: Ability to foster team spirit and collaborate effectively.
- Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering engaging presentations tailored to the audience.
