Inhouse Senior Recruitment Consultant - Non Sales

Location: Based in Coleshill and on-site at Hillingdon Council Hub (2 days per week)

Salary: £33,000 + £2,000 KPI

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Contract Type: Permanent

As an in house Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage and deliver seamless end to end recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and support the growth and development of your team and expand public sector contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Manage end to end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice standards.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice across relevant channels.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in recruitment and client service delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data driven insights.
  • Project planning and performance monitoring experience.
  • A proactive, organised, and detail oriented approach.
Qualifications
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C+ desirable).
