As an Infrastructure Engineer within our Enterprise Services team, you will design, build, and support innovative, cloud-first solutions that empower our colleagues and drive business success. You'll work across a modern technology landscape, including the Microsoft ecosystem and a diverse range of SaaS platforms, to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing services. Guided by industry best practices in architecture, security, and service management, you'll play a critical role in shaping the digital foundation of our business.

Some of the great things you'll be doing:

1. Design, build, and maintain colleague-facing technology solutions, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and tailored to business needs.
2. Deliver stable, secure, and scalable services, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and performance bottlenecks.
3. Provide expert 3rd line operational support, resolving complex technical issues in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
4. Continuously improve systems and processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency to reduce manual effort and enhance reliability.
5. Ensure adherence to technical standards and governance, contributing to high-quality documentation that supports knowledge sharing and service continuity.
6. Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes, meeting or exceeding expectations in both technical delivery and time management.
7. Take ownership of technical problems, using structured and creative problem-solving approaches to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.

What we'd like to see from you:

• Microsoft platform; 365; Conditional Access; Automation; Subscriptions; Fabric; Entra; Active Directory
• SAAS Solutions (such as Atlassian; SharePoint; ControlUp; ITSM; Druva)
• Good experience of Microsoft and Mac Operating Systems
• Good experience of automation (PowerShell; Python; etc)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passionate about great customer outcomes
