An established and growing Wealth Management firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Independent Financial Adviser to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, client-focused adviser with a strong work ethic and genuine desire to build long-term relationships.

The Opportunity:

• Self-employed basis with a highly competitive commission split
• Immediate access to circa 200 existing clients to service and develop
• Realistic first year OTE of £70k+
• Six-figure earning potential from year two onwards
• No network fees

About You:

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (CII or equivalent)
• Ambitious and commercially minded
• Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first approach
• Motivated to grow and develop a sustainable client bank
