Impactful Tech Product Support Volunteer (Hybrid)

The British Heart Foundation is seeking a volunteer in Greater London to assist with technology in their shops. This hybrid role will require 7 to 14 hours a week, with both remote work and occasional travel to the London office.

Volunteers will support the product owner in developing the retail applications roadmap while gaining valuable experience in product development and customer service. This unpaid position is open for applications regardless of background, and reasonable expenses will be covered.
