IFS PSO Solution Architect - London, UK
We're looking for an experienced IFS PSO Solution Architect to lead the Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) workstream for a major ClickSoftware to IFS FSM Cloud migration.
In this role, you'll design, configure, and deploy IFS PSO, ensuring optimal scheduling, resource utilisation, and smooth business process alignment throughout the migration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PSO workstream for the Click to IFS FSM Cloud migration
• Analyse existing Click planning & scheduling processes and map them to IFS PSO
• Design and configure IFS PSO for scheduling, dispatch, and optimisation needs
• Collaborate with business, technical, and integration teams
• Oversee PSO-related data migration, interfaces, testing, UAT, and go-live support
• Provide PSO best-practice guidance and resolve optimisation issues

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years in FSM or ERP programmes with strong scheduling/optimisation focus
• Proven hands-on IFS PSO experience, including at least one implementation or migration
• Strong knowledge of scheduling algorithms, resource optimisation, and process design
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
• IFS PSO or IFS FSM certification
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration
• Background in utilities, telecoms, or asset-intensive industries
