- Konfigurieren von Infrastrukturkomponenten

- Implementieren ganzer ICT-Plattformen

- Migrieren von ICT-Plattformen

- Analysieren von Störungen und Fehlerzuständen

- Einleiten von Massnahmen zur Behebung von Störungen

- Überwachen von Massnahmen zur Behebung von Störungen

- Definieren der Eckwerte zur Überprüfung von Service-Levels

- Definieren von Eskalationsprozeduren

- Pflegen der systemtechnischen Dokumentationen

Profunde Kenntnis VMware:

vSphere

vROps

vRealize Orchestrator (vRO)

Muss-Kriterien:

- Erfahrung mit Cisco UCS Manager und MDS SAN

- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Pure Storage

- Kenntnisse Kubernetes Operations (ArgoCD)

Pikett:
