Hybrid SAAS Customer Support Specialist

DaySmart Software is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our hybrid UK-based team. You will assist customers via Live Chat, WhatsApp and phone, investigate issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the Slick platform.

The role requires a calm, technically curious candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and aims to deliver great customer experiences. Office days are Wednesdays and Thursdays in Central London, with remote work other days.
