Hybrid IT Service Operations Manager

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an experienced Service Management leader to own and assure IT incident, problem, change, and request processes, guiding the Service Desk and Operations Bridge, including the JL Customer Care Support Team.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on governance, overseeing outsourced partnerships and driving SIAM maturity, while operating in a hybrid model with visits to London and Bracknell as needed.
