HR Advisor

Your responsibilities as HR Advisor

• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, flexible working and workplace conflict
• Support organisational change, restructures and consultation processes
• Advise on employment legislation, policies and HR best practice to ensure compliant and consistent decision-making
• Work closely with colleagues across the People function to deliver initiatives covering performance, learning and development, engagement and wellbeing
• Produce HR data and insights to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement
• Assist with developing People policies, processes and projects that enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for in a HR Advisor

• Previous generalist HR experience within an in-house environment
• Confident managing a complex employee relations caseload, with proven experience coaching and supporting managers through a wide range of ER matters.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations processes
• Experience supporting managers through a broad range of people matters
• Ability to interpret Human Resources data and contribute to process improvements
• CIPD qualified, part-qualified or currently working towards qualification is desirable

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with hybrid working (typically two days per week on site).
